Nisula 425C
Nisula 425C is a multipurpose model with loading jaws, which makes timber handling and sorting effortless. The NCU3 control system controls the grip strength of the loading jaws according to the size of the wood being treated, which provides a very firm grip on the tree during felling, feeding and moving the trunk. Separate loading jaws also enable loading in combination use without changing grapples.
When felling and moving heavier trunks, the loading jaws have a higher clamping force, and when the wood feed begins, the clamping force is reduced to minimize friction. A diameter limit has been set for the control system, up to which the loading jaws are also utilised during felling work. If necessary, the settings can be adjusted through the control system, but usually with standard settings, the grapple works best.
The new, larger traction motors provide 20% more feed power than before. The new machined front blades provide improved pruning performance and wear resistance, as well as a larger delimbing diameter than the previous C model. The 425C adds extra features for thinning.
